I went to Comic Con. Yes, the dork convention in San Deigo

Please forgive my ignorance Miranda but who is John Bytheway? The name really doesn't seem to register at all with me.
Anyway, I went to comic con and I did have fun. I truly did enjoy myself. Yes, although not a soul asked, I did buy some comic books. However at comic con their is more to do than just that. In fact in Hall H they rolled clips for movies and such. Then they would have a panel for the movie come out and discuss it. Really interesting.
My first one I went to I got their a bit early and saw all this for The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus (as for as I know that is how it is spelled). In case you don't know this is the last movie Heath Ledger was in. He actually died halfway through filming. The clips made it look rather odd.
Finally what I got their for had started. A new comic book and one of very interesting concept is being made into a movie. It's name is Kick A**. Yes, not making this up. You can google it. This is real. It is about a teenager who decides I'm going to be a superhero. He has no greater reason or deep moral compass telling him to do it. He just does it. This looks really good. I have really high hopes for it.
Thanks to the panel I got to meet McLovin! McLovin!
The next day I was unable to get into Hall H for the 9, the new Tim Burton film, because everybody wanted in. So apparently an hour before was just too late. This is a real shame considering how much I wanted to get in.
On Day 3, my final day in case you readers are attempting to keep track (in fact this story has a very linear structure so should be simple to keep track), I spent hanging out with my good freind John. We demoed a couple of games (City of Heroes goes Rougue, DC Universe Online, Ultimate Allaince 2, ect.), tried to get into Hall H (Legion and District 9 [District 9 looks really good. Yes it is R but my buddies here have to see it.]), nearly got inducted into a cult (for information upon request for this one), and discovered the newest funniest thing, Dr. Tran. Very funny but a tad bit offensive.
For a lack of a better phrase, I had fun.
